Kaitlin Moran (she/her) is a curriculum specialist and expert facilitator. With degrees from Boston University, Brown University, and Harvard University, Kaitlin seamlessly blends theory and practice in ways that help educators and leaders create more humanizing educational and professional spaces. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and is currently earning her Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. With over 15 years in public schools as an award-winning teacher and emotionally intelligent leader, Kaitlin is able to speak to the realities of today's environment and offer practical solutions. As someone who is known for her ability to think strategically while relating to people on a deep level, Kaitlin can help your team by:

• Writing K-16 curriculum, with specific intention to holding high expectations for immigrant learners

• Developing equity-based frameworks and antiracist curricular tools
