About Kaitlin
Kaitlin Moran (she/her) is a curriculum specialist and expert facilitator. With degrees from Boston University, Brown University, and Harvard University, Kaitlin seamlessly blends theory and practice in ways that help educators and leaders create more humanizing educational and professional spaces. With almost 15 years in public schools as an award-winning teacher and leader, Kaitlin is able to speak to the realities of today's schooling environments and offer practical, relevant solutions. As someone who is known for her ability to think strategically while relating to people on a deep level, Kaitlin can help your team by:
Leading professional development sessions for 10-400 people virtually and in-person on topics ranging from writing curricular objectives to designing at the margins
Writing K-16 curriculum, with specific intention to raising expectations for immigrant learners
Coaching teachers and leaders to create human-centered environments
Facilitating complex conversations around race, identity, and culture
Developing equity-based frameworks and antiracist curricular tools
Delivering content in Spanish and English
