Now, for the official bio: Kaitlin Moran (she/her) is an expert consultant, coach, and education strategist. With degrees from Boston University, Brown University, and Harvard University, Kaitlin seamlessly blends theory and practice in ways that help people become more fully attuned to their inner wisdom and create more humanizing spaces. With over 15 years in public schools as an award-winning teacher and emotionally intelligent leader, Kaitlin is able to speak to the realities facing today's professionals and offer practical solutions. In addition to her public education and nonprofit experience, she is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and has completed 150 hours of professional coach training in accordance with the International Coaching Federation guidelines. As someone who is known for her ability to think strategically while relating to people on a deep level, Kaitlin can help you and your team by:

Coaching

As an evidence-based coach, Kaitlin draws on research-backed coaching methodologies, including somatic (body-awareness) and appreciative coaching, and, as a yoga teacher, Kaitlin facilitates deep body-mind connection. Kaitlin will help you better understand yourself and how you can achieve your goals. You will leave each session feeling grounded, ready to move forward, and confident in your inner strengths.
Leadership Development
Known as a listening leader with a great capacity to help people rediscover their own strengths, Kaitlin works with leaders (novice and seasoned) to advance their practice. Able to facilitate deep reflection and hold people accountable with grace, Kaitlin can help you become a leader who values sustaining yourself, balancing ease and productivity, and expanding your capabilities.

As an award-winning teacher, Kaitlin is able to work with diverse teams to go beyond curricular buzzwords and create learning experiences that lead to deeper learning and high engagement. Skilled in creating humanities curriculum materials or modifying existing HQIM to incorporate diverse voices and scaffolded activities while encouraging students to deepen their learning, Kaitlin can help you raise expectations for students while keeping the joy in learning.
